Terms of Service for the DTS website · Effective November 1, 2026
0. Financial notice. DTS is information, the same for every reader. It is not financial, investment or trading advice. Nothing on this site or in a DTS report is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, exchange-traded fund (ETF) or other financial instrument. Investing involves risk, including the loss of the money you put in. Past results do not predict future results. The DVI, the three strategies, the AI check and the risk agent’s bounds are for information and education. They do not guarantee any result. Diamond Equity LLC is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer. Figures on this site and in members’ content are market data, indicator and strategy outputs, simulated backtests, simulated account performance or simulated trade records, from orders simulated on a live simulated account, never real money. Do your own research, and talk to a qualified financial adviser before you make an investment decision.
1. What these terms cover. These terms are an agreement between you and Diamond Equity LLC for your use of this website. The DTS service itself is governed by its own notice (the “Notice”, on its own page), which you accept when you sign up. If the Notice and these terms differ about the service, the Notice governs.
2. Who may use the site. You must be 18 or older. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
3. What the site is. The site describes DTS and explains how to read DTS reports. It is information, not advice. DTS shows what its strategies indicate. The material is the same for every reader. It is not tailored to anyone’s finances, goals or tolerance for risk. It is not an offer to buy or sell anything, and it is not a recommendation to trade. DTS decisions are made by fixed quantitative rules and AI systems, with no person reviewing a decision before a simulated order is placed (see 6). Diamond Equity LLC is not registered as an investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and is not your adviser, broker or fiduciary.
4. Figures. Any figure on this site is one of five kinds. Each one says which.
- Market data: index levels and past market returns from our data providers. They can be delayed or wrong.
- An indicator output: for example the DVI, an indicator from 0 to 100, shown on this site with a delay of at least 5 trading days.
- A hypothetical result: fixed rules, no real account, no real orders.
- A simulated trade record: simulated orders placed in a live simulated account that we run, with no real money.
- A backtest: rules applied to past data, with hindsight.
None is the result of a real account. They have limits: they may leave out costs, they do not show how a person acts under real losses, and they do not predict future results. Trading can lose money. Some products named in DTS material, such as volatility products and leveraged funds, can lose most of their value quickly.
5. Our own trading. Diamond Equity LLC and its people trade the instruments that DTS names, for their own accounts. They may act before or after DTS publishes something, and differently from the strategies.
6. Automated decisions and AI. DTS decisions are produced by fixed quantitative rules from prices and volatility readings. AI systems then argue each decision for and against, finalize it, set the bounds it must stay within, and place simulated orders in a live simulated account that we run. No person reviews a decision before a simulated order is placed. Text on the site and in reports can also be written by an AI system from DTS data. Rules, AI systems and data providers produce errors: a decision, a bound, a simulated order or a text can be wrong, late or missing. Nothing in this chain is advice to you, and a simulated order in our live simulated account is not an instruction for you to trade.
7. Your account. When you sign up you promise three things. The email address is yours. You are an adult in the United States. You have read the Privacy Policy and the Notice. Your sign-in is for you only: keep it private and do not share it. We may decline or end any membership at any time.
8. Our content. We or our licensors own the text, design and DTS marks on this site. You may read it and link to it. You may not copy it, resell it, or present it as your own, except for short quotes with a link back to the page and any use the law allows.
9. Other names. Index and product names (for example VIX) belong to their owners. We use them only to describe things. Their owners do not sponsor or endorse DTS. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we do not control those sites.
10. No warranty; limit of liability. The site is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Diamond Equity LLC is not liable for any loss that results from use of the site or reliance on it.
11. Changes and ending. We can change the site, these terms, the Notice or the Privacy Policy, or end the site, at any time. We post the new version with its date. A change applies to your use of the site from the day it is posted. We do not ask you to accept it again: if you keep using the site or the service after that day, you accept the new version. If you do not agree with a version, stop using the site and cancel your membership.
11a. DTS subscriber plans, free trial, billing and cancelling.
- DTS subscriber plans. These terms are the same for every DTS subscriber plan. In these terms, a “membership” is any DTS subscriber plan. The panel for each plan on the Membership plans page describes its features. We can change those features at any time.
- Free trial. Every DTS subscriber plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get one free trial, ever. A change of plan or a new sign-up on the same account does not start a new trial. A code from us can give a longer free period; the sign-up page shows its length before you join. We do not charge you during the free trial or the free period.
- Your card. You give a payment card when you join. Our payment processor, Stripe, keeps it. Diamond Equity LLC never keeps your card information.
- Billing. If you do not cancel, the first charge is made on the day after the free trial or free period ends. If you have used your free trial, the first charge is made on the day you join. Then we charge the monthly price shown on the sign-up page once a month, on the same day of the month, until you cancel. Your membership renews each month by itself.
- Changing plans. Before you change plans, the site shows what you pay and when. When you confirm a plan change, you agree to the charges shown and to the new monthly price.
- Cancelling during the free trial. You can cancel at any time during the free trial or free period. If you do, we never charge you.
- Cancelling after billing starts. You can cancel at any time. We do not charge you for any month after the month in which you cancel. Your membership stays open to the end of the month you already paid for, then it ends. There is no pro-rating: we do not refund or credit any part of a month, whatever the day you cancel.
- How to cancel. Cancel online from your account page on this site, or send an email to [email protected]. Cancelling online takes effect at once. We send you an email to confirm it.
12. Law. The law of Florida governs these terms.
