What we keep about you, why we keep it, who helps us run DTS, and how you can see, fix or delete your data.
In brief
- We keep only what we need to run DTS: your email, your account and your membership. If you give them, we also keep your alert contacts.
- A national payment processor takes your card. We never see or keep your full card number.
- A third-party email service sends the member emails.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
- The AI services get market data only. They never get your personal data.
- You can ask us to show, fix or delete your data at any time.
1 Who we are
DTS (Diamond Trading Systems) is a research service of Diamond Equity LLC (“we”, “us”). Our postal address is Diamond Equity LLC, Devon Court, Suite 200, Boca Raton, FL 33496. You can write to us at [email protected].
2 Who this covers
This policy covers two groups of people: visitors to this website, and members. A member is anyone who signs up for DTS.
DTS is for adults in the United States. It is not for anyone under 18.
3 What we keep, why, and for how long

We set our own logs so that they hold no email address. What our hosting platform records by itself is outside our control.
The AI services that check each DTS decision get DTS market data only. They never get your personal data.
4 Signing in
You sign in on this site with your username or email address and a password. WordPress, the software that runs this site, stores a hash of your password, not the password itself. We cannot read your password.
If you forget your password, we email you a link to set a new one.
5 Payments
A national payment processor handles all payments. When you join, you enter your card on the processor’s secure page, not on ours. The processor tells us the card brand, the last 4 digits, the expiry date and the result of each payment.
We never see or keep your full card number. The processor uses your data under its own privacy policy.
6 Who we share data with
We share data with service providers that support DTS operations:
- Infrastructure
- Hosting, the database, the network in front of the site, its security, and system email such as password resets.
- Payments
- Card payments and billing.
- The daily report and membership emails.
They may use your data only as part of providing their service to us.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
7 Cookies
The public pages set no cookies of our own. They run no advertising scripts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to our public pages. It sets no cookies. It does not run for visitors in the EU. Our network provider may set a short security cookie to tell people from bots.
The sign-in page sets a test cookie to check that your browser accepts cookies. When you sign in, WordPress sets sign-in cookies to keep you signed in. The payment processor’s page sets its own cookies.
We use no cookies for advertising or tracking.
8 Your choices
- Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any report email. Unsubscribing does not cancel your membership. Account emails, such as a password reset, still come.
- Membership. Cancel at any time on your account page.
- Your data. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We answer within 45 days. We do not treat you differently for asking. Where a state gives you more rights, we follow that law.
When we delete your data, we delete your account, your membership, your email records and your messages. We keep two things: the payment records, as the law requires, and the record that you agreed to the Notice, this policy and the Terms, for 1 year. Copies in our backups are removed within 7 days. The payment processor and the email service keep some records under their own policies.
9 Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited rights for each part of the system. No system is perfectly safe, and we cannot promise it.
10 Where data is handled
We store data with our cloud service providers, who are located in the United States. Our providers may process some data in other countries.
11 Changes
We can change this policy at any time. We put the new version and its date at the top of this page, and it applies from that day. We do not ask you to accept it again. Read this page from time to time. If you do not agree with a version, stop using the site and cancel your membership.
